- Annette Mc Corry Added October 23, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Nearly a month ago I went to see these guys to get a quote for a small dent in the rear of my car, the lady who took all my information and photos of the damage was very professional and friendly. However I have never recieved the quote, this I feel is very unprofessional, maybe they just didn't want to do my job but to not reply at all is so very unprofessional. I have since had the job done elsewhere (was done within a week of my first contact). This is not the first time I have had this problem with this business, several years ago I approached then about getting a replacement door for my car due to rust, again no follow-up contact with prices or even to tell me the door was unavailable. For a small town this kind of service is really very bad and disappointing. So much for keeping business local.
